Characteristics: |
white wine, whose straw colour presents slight greenish tones. The bouquet is light and fresh and reminiscent of the perfume of certain white flowers and, at times, the intense aroma of freshly baked bread. On the palate it reveals an excellent structure, smoothness and great elegance. |
Gastronomy: |
it’s a wine which excels as an aperitif. Ideal with light hors d’oeuvre, soups and fish dishes. An interesting accompaniment to certain cheeses |
Evolution in time: |
if kept in a cool shaded place, it reaches ideal maturity the year following the harvesting. |
