Description:

this can probably be considered as the only certain autochthonous vine of the Marca Trevigiana. Created by the admirable intuition of Professor Manzoni who brought together the best of the French school (pinot blanc) and the best of the German school ( Rhine Riesling) and obtained a rustic vine which acclimatized perfectly in our region

Method of vinification:

it ferments in purity for approximately 20 days at a monitored temperature

Maturation:

maturing in its own fermentation for approximately 3 months at a temperature of 8°C

Characteristics:

this is a high-class wine and, to the unmistakable qualities of pinot blanc, the delicate aromatic nuances of Riesling are added. The colour is pale yellow, full of refined and noble bouquets. Of excellent body and structure

Gastronomy:

it does not have to accompany meals, but it is recommended with first courses (preferably creamy soups). A good accompaniment to fish dishes with white sauces and any type of fresh cheeses.
