straw-coloured yellow , sophisticated with a complex bouquet when smelled, on the palate it is balanced, complete e and smooth, with persistent notes

Gastronomy:

at table it accompanies hot and cold hors d’oeuvre of haute cuisine, broths, simply prepared fish and meat dishes
