Description:

of French origin, it has become common in our area. The bunch is small and cylindrical, the grape is small and oval with a very thin greyish-pink skin, the pulp is juicy with a very simple flavour.

Sylvoz with 3000 vinestocks per hectare

it ferments in purity for approximately 20 days at a monitored temperature

Maturation:

in its own fermentation for approximately 3 months at a temperature of 8°C

Characteristics:

a white wine with slight coppered-coloured nuances, elegant bouquet which reveals the aroma of dried hay. On the palate it is a very smooth, structured, full and persistent wine.

Gastronomy:

excellent with shellfish, baked fish, semi-matured cheeses and also white meats

Evolution in time:

to be tasted the year following harvesting
